Our Culture & Mindset

Our culture is built around people, purpose, and continuous growth.

We expect every member of our team to bring a growth mindset to their work—embracing adaptability, accountability, collaboration, and a genuine desire to learn and improve.

We believe technical skills matter, but how we treat people matters just as much. Empathy, professionalism, communication, and a positive attitude are essential to building meaningful relationships with our patients, referring providers, and one another.

That's why we practice P.A.T.I.E.N.T. in every interaction:

P — Professional
Represent yourself, your team, and our organization with professionalism.

A — Accountable
Take ownership of your responsibilities, decisions, and outcomes.

T — Timely
Respect the time of our patients, colleagues, and referring providers.

I — Intentional
Approach your work and interactions with purpose and attention.

E — Empathic
Listen, understand, and recognize the perspectives and needs of others.

N — Navigate
Approach challenges, change, and opportunities with professionalism and grace.

T — Thank You
Practice gratitude and recognize the contributions of those around you.

Position Summary

The Credentialing Specialist is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional responsible for coordinating and maintaining the credentialing, privileging, licensing, and regulatory compliance requirements of radiologists and other physicians practicing across multiple states and healthcare organizations.

The position serves as the central administrative resource for radiologists and organizational leadership, ensuring provider credentials remain accurate, current, complete, and readily available to support uninterrupted clinical operations.

In addition to credentialing responsibilities, this position provides highly confidential support and assists with designated finance and accounting functions.

Due to the nature of this position, the employee will routinely have access to highly sensitive and confidential information, including physician information, compensation, financial data, banking information, personnel matters, contracts, strategic business information, executive communications, legal matters, and other proprietary organizational information. An exceptional level of confidentiality, discretion, judgment, professionalism, and trustworthiness is an essential requirement of this position.

The successful individual must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Because credentialing, licensing, and privileging requirements vary by state, facility, and organization, this position must be comfortable researching requirements, communicating with external agencies, maintaining detailed tracking systems, and escalating potential compliance or operational issues before they affect a provider's ability to practice.
